Customer service and admin staff 1 position
Salary: around BT 18,000 with benefits
Responsibilities:
Order taking on the telephone and email
Assist walk in customers with information
Co-ordinate stock delivery schedule with the delivery team
Stock take and inventory report
General office duties such as make phone calls, prepare letters and arrange meetings
Support branches such answers questions and prepare document as required
Follow up customer enquiries or after sales service
Help prepare the advertising schedule
Requirements:
- Female 25-29 years old
- Outgoing personality, pleasant, polite and good service minded
- Comfortable speaking with Thai’s and foreigners with good communication skills in English (Speaking, reading and writing)
- Be ableto communicate effectively at all levels and able to work as a team
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word and Outlook
- Full-Time positions (Monday – Friday from 9.30 – 18.30 and every other Saturday)
